Please read fully our terms and conditions. By reserving a lesson with us you are accepting these terms and conditions for yourself and/or for the person/people you are making the reservation for.

If any of these terms are unclear then please phone us to discuss.

The weather and circumstances sometimes help us and sometimes hinder us, whatever happens we cannot be held responsible for events beyond our control such as poor weather, lift or piste closure, snow conditions etc. Equally if you are late for your lesson, ill or cannot make it for any reason then we cannot be held responsible. If these things do happen then we cannot offer you a refund however we will supply with proof of your purchase and a letter for your insurance.

To confirm a lesson we require:

  • If booked more than 22 days before your 1st lesson a 30% deposit is required, the balance is due 21 days before your 1st lesson.

  • If booked less than 22 days before your first lesson then the full amount is due.

All payments will go through our holiday company payment system www.highmountain.co.uk

Cancellation policy

  • If you cancel more than 21 days before your 1st lesson we will refund 95% of the total value of your lessons.

  • If you cancel 15 to 21 days before your 1st lesson we will refund 50% of the total value of your lessons.

  • If you cancel 14 days or less before your 1st lesson there is no refund.

Although we will take all steps to hold the lesson in the area you want, due to schedule conflicts, snow and weather conditions, skier level and other reasons beyond our control we reserve the right to move the lesson to a different ski area. Unless confirmed otherwise by email we will always reserve the right to decide where the lesson will be held.

We request that all of our clients take out appropriate insurance as we cannot be held responsible for any injury losses or accidents which occur during your lesson.

We do insist that all children wear an appropriate ski helmet during lesson time.

Like most sports skiing has an element of risk. You must take responsibility for the actions and decisions you make on the mountain. By reserving a lesson with us you are accepting this responsibility.
